This week we celebrated launch of our 304,196 sq ft speculative build, situated on our Dartford scheme alongside our 2.3m sq ft Amazon unit and 450,000 sq ft Ikea unit.
Special guest James Haskell talked to us about his career and battling mental health, a topic we felt is important to talk about in every industry. Guests were able to have mocktails, followed by a tour of the unit, sit down meal and an opportunity for 4 guests to win a pair of tickets for the England v South Africa game this Saturday.
The scheme benefits from 6 acres of open space dedicated to biodiversity, the introduction of 1 million bees, free cycle scheme for all employees and BREEAM Excellent rating.
